This set is ideal for:
- Students looking for an easy-to-make first costume.
- Advanced dancers who want a comfortable costume for festivals.
- Any dancer who prefers a more conservative look in a 2-piece set.
Items Needed:
- 1 Plain, satin, demi-cut, strapless (or convertible) bra
- 2 Crocheted Sparkles Wraps - $69.95 each
- 1 Pailette Panels Skirt and Veil Set - $89.95 set
or
- 1 Chiffon Skirt and Veil Set - $89.95 set
Bra Top:
Purchase a plain, satin, demi-cut, strapless (or convertible) bra in the color that matches the color of your wrap. Put the bra on. Wrap the first Crocheted Sparkles scarf, decorated side out, around your back. Make sure it is centered and the top edge aligns with your bra. Then, bring the ends of the scarf around the front and crisscross them once over your bra so the beaded crocheted portion covers each cup. To secure your top, bring the ends up over your shoulders and pin them to your bra and top edge of the scarf.
Fast dressing tip:
Add snaps to each end of the scarf. The snaps will be easier to handle than a safety pin when you don't have someone around to help you get dressed.
Matching Wrap:
The hip belt is simply a second Crocheted Sparkles wrap that is worn around your hips. You may tie the wrap in place. Or, add hooks to the ends so repeated tying and untying doesn't damage the scarf. You may also choose to line the scarf and add a casing for easier dressing.
Wear the wrap over a pailette panels skirt or a chiffon circle skirt in a complimentary color.
